Role:CNC Setter cum Programmer

Experience:4 to 8 yrs

Work Location: Thirumazhisai (Chennai)

Educational Qualification

- Diploma (DME / DEE) and ITI

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC machines, including tooling, fixtures, and program loading.
- Operation: Operate machines to precision components as per drawings and specifications.

• Programming: Input, adjust, and optimize CNC programs for productive machining.

- Quality Control: Inspect produced parts using micro meters, gauges, and other instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Maintenance: Perform routine checks and minor maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition, Daily Preventive Maintenance.

Experience:



4-7 years of hands-on experience in CNC setting and Operating, Programming Knowledge

Technical Skills:

• Setting skill

- Milling & Turning Process knowledge

• Knowledge of CNC 2D programming (Fanuc/Siemens preferred)

. • Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T.; • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
