Qualification

Chartered Accountant, MBA Finance, Graduate with prior TP experience

Years of Experience 6 Years to 8 Years

Responsibilities

- This position is responsible for all Transfer Pricing (TP) related strategies and compliances which includes strategizing the business model in the ever evolving entity, finalizing TP Study, filing Form 3CEB, representing before TP tax officer and other appellate authorities.
- This also include ensuring TP compliances and TP advisory on all transactions.
- The person should have sound business knowledge of IT sector and core business to understand the business transactions & analyze tax implications on transactions (this is an organization where tax follows business).
- The person should be a strategic thinker and business oriented.

Authority
- To appear before Indian Direct tax authorities




- To co-ordinate with intra-department colleagues on income-tax / TP related matters
- To liaise with Group companies on TP related matters
- Deputy to Head of tax

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
- Strategic TP modeling of business
- Active interaction with consultant and Group tax colleagues
- Actively working with controlling to steer the margins
- TP Compliances
- TP compliance for India (form 3CEB, TP report etc)
- Active focus on international tax compliances in relation to PE compliances of various jurisdictions especially in Europe region
- Transparent focus on transfer pricing documentation to make TP compliances TP proof (by way of MAP/APA/advance ruling etc
- Maintaining tax GLs for tax payments for PE
