Network Security Engineer:

Job Summary

Seeking a Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Palo Alto Networks technologies to design, implement, and support enterprise security infrastructure. The role focuses on firewall administration, security policy management, VPN services, threat prevention, and cloud security integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Palo Alto NGFWs and Panorama.
- Configure and optimize security policies, NAT, and traffic rules.
- Support GlobalProtect, IPSec VPNs, and remote access solutions.
- Implement and manage Threat Prevention, WildFire, URL Filtering, and DNS Security.
- Perform firewall upgrades, HA configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Monitor security events and support incident response activities.
- Collaborate with Network, Cloud, and Security teams on secure architecture and deployments.




- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Network Security Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Palo Alto NGFW & Panorama
- GlobalProtect
- IPSec VPN
- Security Policy and NAT Management
- TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching

- Experience troubleshooting complex network and security incidents.

Preferred Qualifications

- PCNSA or PCNSE certification.
- Experience with Azure/AWS security and networking.
- Knowledge of SIEM, automation, and Zero Trust security frameworks.
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
