Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior / Principal AI Architect who can lead the architecture of enterprise AI platforms and solutions.

The role will focus on Generative AI, LLM applications, Agentic AI, AI/ML platforms, model deployment, inference, AI operations, and enterprise integration.

The architect will work with senior business and technology leaders to define AI strategies, architecture roadmaps, technology choices, and implementation plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end architecture of enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
- Define AI strategy, target architecture, and technology roadmap.
- Design solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI.
- Lead architecture for AI platforms, model platforms, inference, and AI operations.
- Define AWS-based AI architecture using services such as AWS Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Evaluate AI technologies, platforms, and vendors.
- Design scalable and secure multi-agent AI systems.
- Define architecture for knowledge graphs, vector search, semantic retrieval, and context engineering.




- Establish AI security, governance, identity, authorization, and data protection controls.
- Define guardrails, monitoring, audit logging, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Lead multiple architects and senior technical SMEs.
- Work closely with CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, and technology teams.
- Ensure AI solutions meet business objectives, scalability, security, and cost requirements.
- Guide implementation teams and ensure architecture is followed throughout delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in Generative AI and LLM architecture.
- Solid understanding of Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Experience designing enterprise AI platforms and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and context engineering.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms, preferably AWS.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS Bedrock and SageMaker is preferred.
- Understanding of AI security, governance, responsible AI, and AI risk controls.
- Experience with AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud architecture.
- Experience working with senior executives and business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Industry Experience:

Experience in one or more of the following domains is preferred:

- Banking
- Insurance
- Healthcare
- Retail
- Telecom
- Capital Markets

Additional Information:

- Minimum 15+ years of overall industry experience.
- Strong experience in Generative AI / LLM / Agentic AI architecture is required.
- AWS experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in enterprise AI transformation and architecture is preferred.
- Location: PAN India
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
