Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients and their families regarding QI Spine's non-surgical treatment programs.
- Understand patient needs, concerns, and treatment expectations through effective questioning and active listening.
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, payment options, and expected outcomes in a transparent and empathetic manner.
- Convert doctor recommendations into treatment enrollments while maintaining a patient-centric approach.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

- Any HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline .

Experience

- 0–6 years of experience in education counseling, admission counselling, tele-counseling, or consultative sales.

Skills Required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence patient decisions ethically.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
