We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Back Office Customer Expert to join our team in the International region. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, such as first call resolution rate and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, focusing on back office operations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
