Role Overview

As a Lead Consultant, you will serve as the technical authority for Microsoft Power Platform solutions. You will lead client engagements, define solution architecture, establish governance frameworks, and mentor project teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven Power Pages), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Lead client discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable solution designs.

- Define technical roadmaps and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Establish Power Platform governance, including Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), security, and best practices.

- Design integrations between Power Platform and Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL), Dataverse, SharePoint, and REST APIs.

- Lead technical delivery across multiple projects, including effort estimation, code reviews, and mentoring development teams.

Required Skills Experience

- Experience: 8 12+ years of overall IT experience,



with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform.

- Power Platform: Solid expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven Power Pages), Power Automate (Cloud Desktop/RPA), Dataverse, Custom Connectors, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).

- Architecture: Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture, Azure integration services, and Power Platform DevOps/ALM.

- Integration: Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, SharePoint, SQL, Dataverse, and REST APIs.

- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and managing client-facing engagements.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: PL-600 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert

- Microsoft Certified: PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate
