We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
