Job Title: PPIC Outsourcing

Industry : Pharma

Location : Mumbai

Education : B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc.

Experience : 10 to 12 years of experience in PPIC, Outsourcing, Third-Party Manufacturing, or Loan License operations in a pharmaceutical company.

Knowledge : Injectable, SAP, MS Excel, and valuable coordination skills.

Job Summary

Responsible for planning and coordinating third-party manufacturing and loan license operations to ensure timely production, material availability, and product dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, schedule and monitor production at third-party manufacturing units for Domestic and Export market.

* Material Requirement Plan (MRP) for all outsourcing sites as per plan.

* Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate processes for material delivery from suppliers to contract manufacturing site.

* To create purchase requisition and purchase orders in SAP and forwarding to contract sites.

* Follow up with vendors and contract sites for proper documents of the delivery.





* Co ordination with suppliers for material shipment and providing them necessary details for proper documentation required for smooth clearance

* Coordinate with outsourcing partners for production, dispatch, and inventory.

* Visit third-party manufacturing plants for production follow-up and issue resolution.

* Coordinate with QA, QC, Purchase, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams.

* Track production status, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely deliveries.

* Ensure compliance with GMP and company SOPs.

* Follow up with Finance team for payment of the vendors and contract sites.

Preferred candidate profile

Preference will be given to pharmacy candidates holding a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc., or M.Sc. degree and possessing knowledge of injectables.
