The Sales Order Processing Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end sales order processing activities, ensuring timely order entry, validation, coordination with internal departments, and smooth execution of customer orders. The role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail to maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end sales order processing in ERP system.
- Verify order details such as pricing, product specifications, quantity, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams for order execution.
- Monitor order status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and order records.
- Resolve order-related queries and discrepancies.
- Follow up on pending orders, backorders, and customer approvals.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly order reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Positive knowledge of Sales Order Processing and SCM operations.
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally or similar).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management.
- 4 to 9 years of experience in Sales Order Processing / SCM operations.
