Roles and Responsibility

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, focusing on international recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
