- Lead the overall Finance, Accounts & Financial Strategy of the organization.
- Drive Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Business Performance.
- Oversee Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing and Indirect Taxation.
- Manage Capital Structure, Working Capital, Cash Flow and Funds Management.
- Ensure solid financial controls, governance, compliance and risk management.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the MD/Board for business decisions.
- Lead ERP-driven finance operations, preferably SAP HANA.
- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement and long-term financial growth.
