Position: US Sales Executive International Sales

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Nearest Metro: Noida Sector 62 Metro Station

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (US Time Zone)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Weekends: Saturday & Sunday — Fixed Off

Cab Facility: One-way drop (Office Home)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Connect with US-based customers through calls, emails & digital platforms

* Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and other sales channels

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

* Engage with prospective clients and build strong professional relationships

* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

* Convert qualified leads into successful sales

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions

* Track sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups

* Negotiate and persuade customers to drive successful closures

* Maintain regular sales reports and performance records

WHO CAN APPLY?





Minimum 6 months of relevant sales experience required

Experience in International Sales / US Sales / B2B / B2C Sales will be preferred

Excellent verbal & written English communication

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

Good persuasion and negotiation abilities

Confident while interacting with US-based customers/clients

Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented

Robust follow-up and relationship-building skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working US night shifts
