Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytics and Payments domain expertise to work with our banking client. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements, performing analytical quality assurance, validating data accuracy, and monitoring payment-related alerts and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Perform Analytical Quality Assurance (QA) and validate analytical outputs.
- Conduct parity, reconciliation, and accuracy audits across payment and transaction data.
- Track and analyze alert performance, trends, exceptions, and anomalies.
- Use advanced SQL for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and data teams to resolve functional and data-related issues.
- Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for technology and analytics teams.
- Support UAT, defect analysis,



and production issue resolution.
- Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy across payment processes.
