Desirable Profile:

Process maintenance - MECHANICAL

• Candidates with experience in handling of Production and Packing machinery e.g. RMG, FBD, Compression,

Capsule filling, Blenders, Coating, Ointment filling machine, BQS, Rotovac 210v Blister machines and Auto Cartonator.

• Handling of break down maintenance and execution during operation and minimize down time.

• Preventive Maintenance planning and execution as per schedule.

• Troubleshooting of all equipment’s.

HVAC System Operation, Maintenance & Handling Documentation

• Expertise in Operation / Maintenance & documentation of HVAC systems.

• Candidates with experience in handling of utility machinery e.g. Chillers, AHU, Dehumidifier, ventilation units, Dust

collector.

Process maintenance - ELECTRICAL

• Candidates with experience in handling of Production and Packing machinery e.g. RMG, FBD, Compression,

Capsule filling, Blenders, Coating, Ointment filling machine, BQS, Rotovac 210v Blister machines and Auto

Cartonator.

• Handling of break down maintenance and execution during operation and minimize down time.

• Preventive Maintenance planning and execution as per schedule.

• Troubleshooting of all equipment’s.

• Handling and co-operate with external agencies like service, AMC, Calibration for all instruments.

For Power Room





• Operation & Maintenance of 725/380/225KVA DG Sets.

• Operation & Handling of 2000KVA Transformer/GOD/VCB/ACB.

• Operating knowledge of Synchronization panel.

• Operating knowledge of UPS panel & Documentation and Auditing Support.

• Operating knowledge of water-cooled chiller/cooling tower & Pumps.

• Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of utility Equipments.

• Prompt troubleshooting/repair of electrical equipment’s.

• Safety and Compliance. & Utility Management.

Required experience & Educational Qualification

• Applications for the position of “Executive/Sr. Executive”

• Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E – Mechanical & Electrical

• Required experience: 4 to 8 years
