We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager-Training in the International division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to engage employees and promote learning.
- Design and deliver customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to support their growth and development.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in training and development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with diverse audiences, including employees at all levels and from various cultures.
- A graduate degree is required for this position.
