Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end inventory operations across multiple QSR outlets.

* Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

* Handle Purchase Orders (PO), vendor management, procurement, and rate negotiations.

* Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

* Analyze inventory variances and implement effective wastage control measures.

* Monitor food cost percentage and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

* Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, and expiry management.

* Coordinate with operations, warehouse,



and kitchen teams for smooth inventory flow.

* Maintain accurate inventory records in POS/ERP systems.

* Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, QSR SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.

* Drive process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce operational costs.

Must Have:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a QSR/F&B; chain.

* Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and stock auditing.

* Hands-on experience with POS/ERP systems such as Petpooja, LimeTray, or similar software.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting.
