We are seeking a curious, design-driven individual eager to build a robust foundation in architecture and construction while working alongside experienced professionals on live residential projects. You'll get hands-on exposure to how design decisions translate into real, buildable homes - and how technology is starting to change that process from the ground up.

What you'll do

- Assist in developing site layouts, concept sketches, and detailed architectural drawings under senior guidance
- Support the preparation of architectural documentation used as baselines for our AI-driven design tools
- Help coordinate reference material and drawing sets between design and structural engineering teams
- Participate in design reviews,



learning how feasibility and technical constraints shape final decisions
- Conduct research on materials, finishes, and local design precedents to support project development
- Assist with site visits and measurements where required

Skills & competencies

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Arch degree
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit (proficiency will deepen on the job)
- Genuine interest in residential architecture and construction processes
- Basic understanding of interior materials and finishes is a plus, not required
- Willingness to learn quickly, take direction well, and contribute in a small, fast-moving team
- Good communication skills and comfort working closely with senior architects and engineers
