Requirements

Exceptionally strong spoken and written English communication skills

Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail

Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Professional, confident, and able to build rapport quickly

Strong time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-based workplace

Proficient with computers and recruiting tools (ATS/CRM experience a plus)

Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team

Qualifications:

Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience required

Dental or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus

Customer service experience is advantageous.

Staffing agency, sales, or client-facing experience a plus

College degree preferred but not required.
