Job Summary

Seeking a Security Program Coordinator to support application inventory management, onboarding, and security platform administration. The role involves stakeholder coordination, application onboarding, access management, and maintaining accurate application and ownership data across security tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain application inventory and ownership records.
- Coordinate onboarding to Wiz ASPM, Wiz Code, GitHub, and related platforms.
- Track onboarding, access requests, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Maintain repository tagging, metadata, and application ownership information.
- Prepare inventory reports, documentation, and status updates.
- Escalate complex issues and support process improvements.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Security Operations, Platform Administration,



or Program Coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of application architecture, SDLC, and GitHub.
- Experience with access management and user provisioning.
- Robust organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Wiz, Wiz ASPM, Wiz Code, or similar security platforms.
- GitHub administration and repository management.
- Knowledge of SAST, DAST, SCA, and Application Security concepts.
- IT onboarding, asset management, or technical operations experience.
