Executive - Operations

Responsible for managing and executing day-to-day outbound/Inbound operations, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and dispatched within the defined TAT while maintaining inventory accuracy, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily outbound activities including picking, sorting, packing, scanning, staging, and dispatch.

Ensure all customer shipments are processed within defined SLA/TAT.

Ensure accurate scanning, shipment segregation, binning, and movement of inventory.

Coordinate with Inbound, Inventory.

Monitor pending, exception, mismatch, damaged, and problem shipments and ensure timely resolution.

Ensure correct shipment and bin mapping in the system.

Conduct regular process audits to identify errors and improve accuracy.

Track productivity, quality, and operational performance of the team.

Prepare and share daily operational reports and MIS.

Ensure proper handover of pending activities between shifts.

Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards in the outbound area.

Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Escalate operational issues, system issues,



and shipment-related concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of warehouse and outbound operations.

Basic understanding of WMS and warehouse processes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage workload and meet strict deadlines.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS.

Ability to work in shifts and handle peak-volume operations.

Solid focus on accuracy, quality, and process compliance.
