We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NetSuite Financials and will be responsible for implementing, supporting, customizing, and optimizing finance modules to enhance business processes.This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and NetSuite ERP functionalities, along with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, and post-production support for Finance modules.
- Configure and maintain NetSuite Financial modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Revenue Recognition / Revenue Management

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design and deliver optimized NetSuite solutions.
- Develop and maintain SuiteAnalytics reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business insights.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, testing (SIT/UAT), and validation during implementation projects.
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and user training following go-live.
- Ensure adherence to NetSuite best practices, financial controls, and compliance standards.




- Work closely with technical teams on SuiteFlow automation, workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Participate in change requests, release management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

- 35 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant with a focus on Finance.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting NetSuite Financial modules.
- Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation Certification is preferred.
