Responsibilities

Major Duties

1. To cater to the demand - To lead a team effectively with budgets

2. To create demand - To plan and execute promotions to create demand

3. Lead sales team - Demonstrate Leadership skills and Instinct for spot decision direct, motivate

& control sales team to achieve desired result in a certain time frame.

4. Achieve sales growth - To ensure maximum availability of the products/ brands at all outlets

and thereby increase width of distribution along with the depth of distribution

5. Motivate distributors - Take maximum display space, sign board so that the logo/ products are

prominent

6. Width of distribution - Identify Conventional and Non-conventional Outlets and start dealing

after convincing them

7. Visibility - Take maximum display space, sign board so that the logo/ products are prominent

Market Intelligence - Keep eyes and ears open while in the field and be alert to catch the

required information on competitor's Current products, Price revisions, Promotions, Schemes,

Service Problems, Personal Conflicts

9. Institutional Sales - Explore & Follow up business opportunities in this lucrative market

segment

10. Man-Management - Resolve Inter Personal conflicts to ensure that efforts are utilized to build team spirit

Minor Duties

1. Performing duties given by H.O. in the off-season.

2. Preparation of monthly / weekly journey plan for smooth working & having joint working plan

with each SR.

3. Submission of all review reports of team after monthly meeting.

4. Maintenance of specimen stock (Issue & return)
