Role Descriptions:

TPRM - Work alongside UBS assessors to support risk assessments

- Review questionnaire based Vendor Risk assessment sheet in consultation with UBS team

- Review responses and UBS assessor activity as per UBS High, Medium Low Risk parameters

- Suggest and implement reporting Automation depending on the expected advantages

- Utilizing the current 3rd party security assessment process set up by UBS to conduct assessment

- Third Party Security Assessments based on the methodologies defined by UBS

- Conduct information security assessments for Existing 3rd parties

- Conduct information security assessment for Onboarding new 3rd parties

- Conducting required risk assessments for Third Parties including in-flight assessment
