Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with 6+ years of hands-on corporate HR experience to manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll, attendance, leave management, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and employee engagement.

The candidate should have a stable career history, professional personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage HR activities and employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR processes.
- Handle attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and salary administration.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll in coordination with relevant teams.
- Manage employee joining, onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Conduct and manage performance appraisal and review processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee-related guidelines.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel documents.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, attendance, payroll, and employee-related reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Drive employee engagement and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with management and department heads on employee-related matters.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding,



and workforce management as required.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
- Ensure effective communication of HR policies and organizational updates to employees.
- Handle any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Corporate HR / HR Generalist / HR Manager roles.
- Solid hands-on experience in Payroll and Salary Administration – Mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Attendance & Leave Management.
- Experience in end-to-end HR Operations.
- Experience in Performance Management & Appraisals.
- Strong experience in Employee Relations and Grievance Handling.
- Good understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Experience with HRMS/Payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle confidential and sensitive employee matters.
- Strong team-handling and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Male candidate preferred.
- Should have strong corporate HR exposure.
- Must have hands-on payroll experience, not just payroll coordination.
- Should demonstrate career stability with reasonable tenure in previous organizations.
- Should have a good personality and professional appearance.
- Strong and confident communication skills.
- Mature, responsible, and employee-oriented approach.
- Should be comfortable working in the 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift.
- Candidates looking for long-term stability will be preferred.
