Role Overview
As a Sales Fresher/Trainee, you will support our outbound sales team by connecting with prospective customers in the US market. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and helping schedule meetings for our Business Development team.
No prior sales experience is required. We will provide complete training in sales processes, communication techniques,
and outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
2. Understand the assigned account and communicate the purpose of the outreach professionally.
3. Connect with decision-makers and introduce Dash Technologies' capabilities.
4. Generate interest and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
5. Record call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
6. Meet daily and weekly calling and activity targets.
7. Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching sessions.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Graduate of any discipline.
Excellent spoken English with good listening and verbal communication skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic ChatGPT & AI skills and familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn
