Purpose/Objective

The Lead Process Excellence will drive the adoption and execution of Business Excellence initiatives across Adani Group businesses by conducting maturity assessments, building organizational excellence capabilities, developing and certifying Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and enabling continuous improvement programs.
The role is responsible for strengthening process excellence practices, driving operational improvements, enhancing organizational capability, and ensuring sustainable business impact through structured excellence frameworks and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Responsibilities 1.
Conduct Business Excellence Maturity Assessments2.
Liaise with Business Excellence Heads/ SPOCs in various BUs to conduct self-assessment based on Business Excellence Maturity Assessment toolkit.

Coordinate and organize the on-site assessment of BUs which have undertaken self-assessment through external assessment partner.
4.
Coordinate and facilitate the completion of BEx Maturity assessment report with external assessment partner 5.
Review the BEx Maturity assessment report and get it approved with senior BE leaders and handing over to the respective BU CEO 6.
Organization of action planning workshop in the respective BU through external assessment partner.
7.
Track and coordinate with respective BU BEx Heads to ensure timely closure of action items, drive them to logical conclusions, and monitor the realization of intended business advantages and impact.

Identification, Capability building and certification of BU-wise Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) 9.




Liaise with Business Excellence Heads/SPOCs in various BUs to identify Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in each of their key functions.
10.
Coordinate with external training partners and certification bodies to deliver capability-building certification programs to develop and certify SMEs in alignment to their business needs.
11.
Manage end-to-end logistics, nominations, attendance, assessments, certifications, and program effectiveness reviews of these training programs.
12.
Review, monitor and track progress of improvement projects undertaken by training participants/SMEs, ensuring timely completion and benefit realization.
13.
Utilization of SMEs to undertake L&D; sessions for organization development14.
Enable and guide SMEs to further conduct training and improvement initiatives within their businesses/functions, ensuring effective deployment of methodologies such as QC Tools, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and process Management, and monitoring the resulting business impact and benefits realization.
15.
Develop a strong network of such SMEs capable of independently conducting training and driving improvement initiatives within their functions and businesses.

Qualifications and Experience

Skills and Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt - Project & Program management skills
