Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD S/4HANA Lead Consultant to lead Sales and Distribution initiatives across SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, integration management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Leadership

- Lead SAP SD workstreams in S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects.
- Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze business requirements and provide scalable SAP solutions.
- Drive fit-gap analysis, process harmonization, and process optimization initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development.

SAP SD Configuration & Solution Design

- Configure and support:
- Customer Master
- Business Partner (BP)
- Sales Document Types
- Item Categories
- Schedule Line Categories
- Sales Orders
- Quotations & Contracts
- Pricing Procedures
- Credit Management
- Output Management
- Delivery Processing
- Shipping & Transportation
- Billing & Invoicing
- Returns Processing
- Intercompany Sales
- Third-Party Sales
- Consignment Processes

- Design and implement Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions leveraging S/4HANA best practices.

Integration Management

- Work closely with:
- SAP MM
- SAP FICO
- SAP EWM
- SAP TM
- SAP PP
- SAP GTS
- SAP CRM/CX

- Ensure seamless integration between sales, logistics, warehouse,



transportation, and finance functions.

Project Delivery

- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for developments and enhancements.
- Collaborate with ABAP, Fiori, Integration, Basis, and Security teams.
- Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Support & Governance

- Provide L2 and L3 support for production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose sustainable solutions.
- Support change management and enhancement requests.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and SAP standards.

Required Skills

SAP Functional Expertise

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP SD and S/4HANA Sales.
- Expertise in:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Pricing & Rebates
- Delivery & Shipping
- Billing
- Credit Management
- Returns Management
- Availability Check (ATP)
- Output Management
- Business Partner Configuration

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to Sales and Distribution.

S/4HANA Expertise

- - 10+ years of SAP SD consulting experience.
- Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- At least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.
- Experience leading functional teams and customer interactions.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA Sales.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharma, or Distribution industries.
- Exposure to SAP TM, EWM, GTS, or CRM/CX solutions.
