Job Description: Python/Rapid API

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer with strong experience in FastAPI, AWS, and Amazon Aurora DB. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Build scalable and secure backend services hosted on AWS
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries using Amazon Aurora (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders




- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks (Flask/Django REST)
- Solid experience with AWS services, including:
- EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora
- IAM, CloudWatch

- Experience working with Amazon Aurora DB (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of SQL and database performance tuning
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth
