Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and attract passive candidates using Naukri, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other niche tech platforms.
- Robust understanding of telecommunications technologies, including mobile networks, fiber optics, VoIP, and 5G.
- Familiarity with relevant industry certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) or CompTIA for technical roles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team goals, and tech stack alignment
- Build and manage talent pipelines for niche and critical tech roles
- Drive proactive talent mapping and competitive intelligence in the telecom, product, and digital tech ecosystem
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to qualify interest and fit
- Maintain ATS and sourcing trackers for real-time pipeline visibility and reporting
- Recommend creative sourcing strategies to improve turnaround time and quality of hires
- Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities
