- Design and deliver soft skills training programs for corporate clients, focusing on communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
- Develop curriculum materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises, to support training sessions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to participants during the training process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in corporate training or learning & development.
- Robust expertise in areas like communication training, personality development, and soft skills training.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive training programs that cater to diverse audiences.
