Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify current business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into business. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with an understanding of digital marketing and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, email outreach and social media outreach
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions
- Pitch and promote services including Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, E-commerce and AI solutions
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations as required
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into business
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups and sales activities




- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
- Stay updated on digital marketing, technology and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales or a similar role
- Experience in selling digital marketing, website development, software, IT or technology-related services will be preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
- Good convincing and relationship-building abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Ability to understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented mindset
