Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP's BTM suite. You will support end-to-end transformation by combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Drive Process Optimization: Drive process discovery and optimization with SAP Signavio, aligning business processes with strategic objectives to achieve operational excellence.

- Align IT Architecture: Align IT architecture and business strategy using LeanIX, ensuring seamless integration and effective technology utilization.

- Enhance User Adoption: Enhance user adoption and change management through WalkMe, facilitating smooth transitions and maximizing ROI on technology investments.

- Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Combine process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes, meeting client needs and expectations.

- Support Transformation Initiatives: Support end-to-end transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP's BTM suite to drive business growth and success.

- Business Outcome Delivery: Experience in combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes, meeting client needs and expectations.

- Transformation Initiative Leadership: Experience leading and supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives, leveraging SAP's BTM suite to drive business growth and success.

Preferred technical and skilled experience

- Process Intelligence Knowledge: Experience with process intelligence concepts and tools, including process mining and analysis, to inform business transformation initiatives.

- Digital Adoption Expertise: Experience with digital adoption platforms and methodologies, including change management and user enablement, to drive successful technology adoption.

- Enterprise Architecture Familiarity: Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and tools, including IT architecture alignment and technology roadmapping, to support business strategy development.
