- Prior experience working in large-scale urban projects, preferably in dense or complex urban settings (million-plus population cities).
- Experience in master planning / city planning / infrastructure projects.
- Experience in leadership and team management, particularly in senior town planning roles.
- Proficiency in GIS, spatial analysis, mapping tools, and sound understanding of zoning, land use, development control regulations, building bylaws, and Auto-DCR.
- Experience in building plan approvals of large projects.
- Prior experience in Smart City projects.
