KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat and Email
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Update customer interaction details accurately in the system
- Follow company policies, processes and quality standards
- Windows 10 or above
- Stable broadband/Wi-Fi with minimum 50 Mbps speed
- Power backup facility for uninterrupted working
