UniAcco is hiring a Reconciliation Manager to own invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution for a portfolio of accounts, and to manage the Assistant Manager, Team Lead, and Executives within their pod. Reports to the Reconciliation Senior Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Own reconciliation & invoicing accuracy for the assigned portfolio

2. Drive collections pipeline and overdue payment recovery

3. Resolve standard/moderate disputes; escalate only high-value cases

4. Manage and develop the Assistant Manager, Team Lead, and Executives

5. Maintain recon trackers and cash flow data; weekly reporting to Senior Manager

6.Primary recon point of contact for IR Managers and KAS

7.Coordinate with Finance and Legal on variances, payouts, and disputes

8.



Ensure SOP and pre-billing checklist compliance across the pod

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

1. 47 years in reconciliation, AR, collections, or financial ops, incl. 12 years managing a team

2. Proven ownership of invoicing/billing cycles and collections targets

3. Strong CRM/ERP knowledge; advanced Excel/Google Sheets

4. Multi-currency or cross-border finance experience a plus

5. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field

6. People leadership, analytical rigor, and explicit partner-facing communication

7.Sound escalation judgment and cross-functional stakeholder management
