- Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets for projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective site planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to identify potential issues and develop corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance on project management best practices to junior team members.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in construction planning or a related field.
- Robust understanding of MSP (Microsoft Project) software for schedule planning and tracking.
- Proven ability to create detailed project schedules using Gantt charts or similar tools.
