About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Female Butler to work in a luxury private residence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent grooming, communication skills, discretion, and a strong understanding of high-end personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional and personalized butler service to the family/residents and guests.
- Manage formal and informal dining service, including table setup and serving.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, etiquette, and hospitality.
- Assist with guest arrivals, departures, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other household staff.
- Ensure guest and resident requirements are handled promptly and discreetly.
- Assist in maintaining wardrobe, personal belongings, and other service-related requirements when required.
- Support event hosting, private dinners, parties, and VIP gatherings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the household, family, guests, and personal information.
- Anticipate residents' needs and provide a seamless luxury service experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidate preferred.




- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, Luxury Hospitality Professional, Cabin Crew, or similar role.
- Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury residences, private households, premium hospitality, or VIP service preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining and formal service etiquette.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Discreet, trustworthy, punctual, and well-mannered.
- Ability to work flexible hours according to household requirements.
- Robust attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 per month, based on experience and profile.
