MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and MIS reports on sales and profitability for the Analytics and business leadership teams.
- Consolidate sales and profitability data from stores, regions, and various business systems.
- Develop and maintain sales and profitability dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely circulation of reports.

Data Analysis & Business Insights

- Analyze sales trends, profitability metrics, store performance, and key business KPIs.
- Identify gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
- Support periodic business reviews with relevant data and presentations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Maintain and update trackers related to sales, profitability, manpower, and store performance.
- Coordinate with Regional Managers and cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.




- Monitor compliance of reporting timelines across regions.
- Support new initiatives, projects, and operational improvement programs through data tracking and reporting.

Dashboard & System Management

- Create and maintain Excel-based and BI dashboards for sales and profitability tracking.
- Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation and archival of operational data.
- Assist in implementation and optimization of reporting tools and systems.

Preferred candidate profile

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred.
- Valuable understanding of data management and reporting processes.
