We are looking to hire 2 Project Coordinators to manage client projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills while ensuring timely delivery, data accuracy, and smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements by reviewing project briefs and clarifying deliverables before project initiation.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, SMEs, QC, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, and proactively identify any risks or delays.
- Maintain and regularly update project trackers and internal MIS.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables before sharing them with clients.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prioritize projects based on business requirements.
- Share project learnings, observations, and recommendations whenever required.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper data management.
- Assist Team Leaders in managing project execution and resolving operational challenges.
- Coordinate invoice preparation and project completion documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status, expected timelines, and delivery updates.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project tracking.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Client Servicing, or Research Operations.
- Experience in Lead Generation, Data Research, or B2B Research will be an added advantage.
