Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager- Sales to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting the company's comprehensive logistics solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the shipping and logistics industry and possess excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, EXIM, Warehousing,



and Supply Chain solutions.
- Prepare customer proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify recent business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3-8 years in Sales/Business Development within Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, EXIM, and Logistics services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused professional.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
