Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as active staff development to ensure that the required work results are delivered on time, in the desired quality, and with optimal use of resources
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal procurement policies, in particular in the context of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and DORA, in close coordination with the respective business departments
- Planning and execution of tactical/operational procurement activities (including quotation comparisons, tenders, and contract negotiations) as well as purchase orders, in order to ensure timely availability of the requested goods and services
- Consistent management of the team and workflows based on agreed KPIs (open/closed cases, lead time, automation rate, distribution of cases across material groups, etc.) as well as proactively contributing own ideas for optimized performance management
- Ensuring very high data quality for individual sourcing and ordering activities, as well as ensuring audit-proof execution of all relevant tactical/operational processes, including verification of order approvals in line with value thresholds and signature regulations

Key qualifications & required competences:

Technical Skills:





- Degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus relevant to the role; alternatively, commercial training with relevant practical experience and advanced business management qualifications
- Experience in leading, developing and motivating employees, as well as in managing internal and external stakeholders
- Several years of successful experience in IT procurement (software/hardware)
- Good knowledge of contemporary procurement methods and practices, as well as the procurement application landscape (e.g. SAP MM, SRM, MS Office and Coupa)

Previous Experience & Qualifications Minimum Educational Qualification:

Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management

Certification if any: Procurement / sourcing / contract management certification is an advantage

Years Experience & Knowledge:

- Experience in international or multi-country sourcing environments
- Experience in IT-related and/or globally governed indirect procurement categories is highly desirable, as the initial scope focuses on Software, Hardware, Network, Telecommunications and similar categories
- Experience in regulated environments and/or procurement compliance topics such as TPRM and DORA is highly desirable
- Robust analytical, negotiation and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives in parallel
