Job Description
The HSE Engineer Wind PMC will monitor contractor and OEM compliance with project HSE requirements throughout wind construction, erection, commissioning, and logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
HSE Compliance Monitoring
- Review PTW, JSA, risk assessments, work-at-height controls, and lifting procedures.
- Monitor crane operations, site logistics, and electrical safety compliance.
- Conduct inspections and monitor corrective action closure.
Incident & Risk Management
- Track incidents, near misses, and lessons learned.
- Participate in investigations and preventive action reviews.
- Support emergency preparedness and response readiness.
Reporting & Governance
- Maintain HSE observation and closure reports.
- Escalate critical safety concerns and trends.
Qualifications
Education
- Engineering or Science Degree/Diploma with Industrial Safety qualification.
Experience
- 7-10 years in HSE management for wind, heavy-lift, or infrastructure projects.
Certifications
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ADIS, or equivalent preferred.
