Role & responsibilities

- Analyse hospital data related to patient flow, occupancy, revenue, and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with departmental heads, business head
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards
- Monitor KPIs such as Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), ALOS (Average Length of Stay), TAT, and revenue metrics
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives
- Coordinate with IT teams for HIS (Hospital Information System) improvements
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
- Assist management in strategic decision-making through actionable insights

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of hospital operations and healthcare KPIs
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
