Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products/services to customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to handle voice processes effectively.
- Proficiency in handling inbound/outbound calls, TeleSales, and customer support roles.
