Key Responsibilities

- Manage HR operations for warehouse employees, including onboarding, attendance, and employee records.
- Monitor attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records of warehouse employees.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate wage processing.
- Handle recruitment and workforce management for blue-collar and contractual employees.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Support POSH implementation, employee grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for manpower-related activities.
- Manage relationships with manpower vendors and labour contractors.
- Ensure contractor compliance with labor laws and company requirements.
- Maintain HR documentation, compliance records.
- Drive employee relations initiatives, including grievance handling,



employee counselling, disciplinary actions, and workplace discipline management to ensure a harmonious and productive workforce.
- Partner with warehouse management to address manpower planning and employee issues.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, retail, or similar environments.
- Experience in managing blue-collar workforce is essential.
- Positive knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment compliance, and POSH.
- Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation.
- Willingness to travel to Bhiwandi warehouse once or twice a week.
