Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business opportunities in the Staffing & Recruitment industry
Acquire new corporate clients and manage key accounts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Drive revenue growth through B2B sales and account farming
Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely hiring delivery
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
Preferred Background:
Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, HR Services, or Workforce Solutions
Strong expertise in Corporate Business Development and Client Acquisition
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
