We are looking for motivated and energetic Relationship Managers to connect with business owners, understand their business requirements, build strong professional relationships, and generate qualified business opportunities.
This is primarily a B2B lead generation and appointment-setting role, where you will coordinate with business owners and schedule meetings with the internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage with business owners in the assigned territory.
- Identify and connect with potential business prospects.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand basic business requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits and direct client interaction.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between business owners and the internal sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and scheduled meetings.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly outreach, lead generation, and meeting targets.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure successful meeting conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good relationship-building and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet business owners.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
- Candidates with strong communication and business development skills will be preferred.
