Key Responsibilities

Specification Management

- Identify and track construction projects from concept to execution stage.
- Drive product specifications and approvals to achieve conversion targets.
- Ensure MYK LATICRETE products are specified in key residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project tenders and specification compliance.

Relationship Management

- Build and maintain solid relationships with:
- Architects
- Consultants
- Developers
- Contractors
- Project Management Consultants (PMC)
- Government Bodies
- Key Accounts

Business Development

- Generate project opportunities and maintain a healthy project pipeline.
- Convert specifications into actual business and revenue generation.
- Promote premium and specialized MYK LATICRETE solutions.

Technical Promotion

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Organize training programs for architects, contractors, and applicators.
- Support project stakeholders through regular site visits.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams.
- Support project execution and key account management initiatives.




- Drive group specifications in coordination with MYK Arment.

Reporting & Market Development

- Maintain detailed reports on:
- Specifications
- Conversions
- Influencer activities
- Project tracking

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Maintain a healthy project pipeline aligned with branch targets.
- Achieve monthly and annual specification targets.
- Drive specification-to-sales conversion.
- Execute influencer engagement activities.
- Increase penetration of premium product portfolio.
- Support group specification initiatives across MYK businesses.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Preferred: B.Tech / MBA / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering

Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in:
