Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Full Stack Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of a next-generation enterprise product from the ground up. This is a pure product engineering role requiring a hands-on technology leader who can architect scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions while balancing business objectives with technical excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise across backend and frontend technologies, cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevSecOps, and enterprise integration. This role demands strategic thinking, strong engineering leadership, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design

- Design and own end-to-end enterprise architecture for large-scale product development.
- Define technology strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices.
- Build highly scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions considering scalability, performance, maintainability, and cost optimization.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Product Engineering

- Lead greenfield product development from concept through production.
- Define application architecture, reusable frameworks, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Ensure modular, API-first, event-driven,



and microservices-based architecture.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Full Stack Technology Leadership

- Architect backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka, and distributed systems.
- Guide frontend architecture using React, or contemporary JavaScript frameworks.
- Design enterprise-grade UI architecture with reusable components and responsive design principles.
- Drive API governance and integration standards.

Cloud & DevOps

- Architect solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Design containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Champion DevSecOps, automation, observability, logging, and monitoring.

Required Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA

React, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5

AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift

PostgreSQL/ Oracle/ MySQL

Required Experience

- 1218+ years of software engineering experience with extensive Java Full Stack expertise.
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
- Strong experience building products from scratch (greenfield development).
- Experience leading architecture for complex enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native application development.
- Strong understanding of scalability, resilience, security, and enterprise integration.
- Experience mentoring senior engineering teams and driving architectural governance
